New for 2019 our best year yet!
Our popularity has boomed over the past 12 months and we have learnt alot. We now know what we are really good at and in 2019 we will get even better.  Have a look at what we are doing in January, February and March 2019.
The artisan butchery is the back bone of Dickies.
We pride ourselves on all of our meat but our beef is the best in the area.  In 2019 we will be focusing more on beef butchery.  We are developing a steak menu and some great oven ready meals.  This means that our beef offereing will get even better and we can continue to source the best local cattle working closely with chosen farmers who are really good at what they do!

The Butchery is open every 
Friday        9am - 6pm
Saturday    9am - 6pm 
Sunday       9am - 4pm
Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening we offer our From The Butchery Menu.
Inspired by our Secret Steak Club you still get to choose your Steak personally but we have upgraded eveything.
We keep the menu very simple with 4 seasonal staters to choose from and 4 main dishes for those who would rather try our amazing chicken, pork or fish.  There is also a fantastic vegetarian option.
If you fancy our signature beef you will get to choose from an amazing selection of cuts and some great sides to enrich the 42 day dry aged meat.
